WooCommerce as the source of truth, Laravel as the BFF

A seller who has used WooCommerce for years does not want a new panel, yet a slow WordPress theme as the storefront costs sales. In the Loosheh store we kept both.

Three layers

WooCommerce is the source of truth for products and orders. A Laravel BFF on FrankenPHP reads the data in scheduled jobs, reshapes it and keeps it in MongoDB and Redis. The Nuxt storefront reads only from the BFF.

The result

Pages are served from cache, traffic never reaches WordPress, and the seller keeps the panel they know.
